Founded in 2025, Samara Brewing Co. takes root in Toronto’s Junction. The name comes from childhood memories of tossing samara (or helicopter) seeds into the air and watching them spin. That simple joy and sense of connection still inspire us today.The samara seed holds everything needed to create life. It nourishes, grows roots, and transforms into something greater. Like the seed, our brewery is grounded in community, with roots that will grow deep and wide. The winged seed also carries our spirit. It spreads, travels, and shares the love of craft beer. WIND DRIVEN - West Coast IPA:
